Everyone here at SuitsMen love to hear back from our customers, whether it’s about how much you like the garment you bought, or the compliments you received from it. We have even received funny stories about nights out when they were wearing the items they bought from us.
It makes everybody feel that our pride in our customer service and the quality of our garments is working effectively when our customers tell us how much they like their purchases, or thank us for our help and service, (It’s not just a job to us and our customers are not just numbers, we love having chats with them and helping them on their way to finding the perfect item.)
We have recently heard back from a customer who decided to try our Rupert The Tailor garments, Steve bought the Palmerston Fine English Wool Suit in Navy and added the FREE monogram addition to the inside of his jacket.
