Small business should stick together

I want to tell all our readers about a similar company to ourselves that i have recently come across, that go a step beyond what you might expect as a customer.

I recently needed a new paid of wellies. I know its not a block buster story, it a simple one. They have been out of stock for a while, and so I have looked every now and again to see where this particular model could be bought. As you will no doubt also feel…. when you find something that fits and is comfortable, its a good idea to buy again if you can , when the old is inevitably worn out.

But I bought the wrong size! I had been browsing too long, and ended with a pair of size 7s delivered, not the 8.5 that fit. I contacted customers service, expecting the same frustrating automation and hoop jumping you get at Amazon. nothing could be further from the reality. Sarah received my message, got hold of a pair the right size for me, resent a returns note for me to print, and sent the new pair out without delay, as soon as she know the fist pair were on the way back to me.

It was clearly my fault, I admitted as much, but they helped me put it right without delay. The price was very reasonable for the product, and most importantly the service exceptional.
